Here are some dates to remember:
Wednesday, September 2, 2009 -- need to make hotel reservations by this date. After this date the regular room rates may apply.
Tuesday, September 22, 2009 -- need to purchase your ticket(s) for the reunion dinner by this date, or you are out of luck.

Check out the "Buy Tickets" section of this site. We have now posted the Entree options for the Reunion Dinner. You can buy your ticket online or mail your payment via check to the reunion address. Make all checks payable to Robin Miller and put "MB Alameda Reunion 2009" in the Memo/For line. All payments must be received by September 22, 2009.

Here is the latest information as of June 19, 2009:
The Cambria Suites is our new reunion location and is an all-suites property. The room rate is $79 a night plus tax (@ 16.75% -- $79 + $13.23(tax) = $92.23). Each suite has a King or two Queen bed(s) plus a microwave, refrigerator, two flat screen TVs and a sofa sleeper.
Reservations must be made by calling the Cambria Suites directly at 1-210-822-1554 and ask for the "MB Alameda Reunion" group rate. Reservations must be made no later than Wednesday, September 2, 2009. After that date the regular room rate will apply. This rate is available for two dates before and after the core dates of Check In: Friday, October 2, 2009 to Check Out: Sunday, October 4, 2009.
Cambria Suites offers a free airport shuttle. You will need to make reservations for pickup at the time you make your airline reservations. Once you arrive at the San Antonio International Airport you can contact the hotel via their courtesy phone located in the baggage area for pickup.
Parking is free, there is a complimentary breakfast buffet include in the price of your room, and hi-speed internet access. There is a full service bar and a 24 hour mini-store onsite. There is a contemporary bistro-type restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. Although a complimentary breakfast buffet is included, if you order from the "Cook to Order" breakfast menu you must pay the full menu price. Check out their website and make your reservations before it's too late.

P.S. We are still trying to locate our missing brothers and sisters. If you know where any of them might be get the word out to them about the reunion.

I should have news by the middle of this week on our new reunion location in San Antonio. We are currently working with our new site to get some really great perks for a great price. Can you say under $100 a night INCLUDING tax!!! I'll update everyone as soon as the contract is signed. Keep checking back for the most current update!!!
