The room rates for October 1st - 4th, 2009 are as follows:  

Single:   $185.00
Double: $185.00
Triple:  $210.00
Quad:  $235.00
Plus tax (16.75%)

Reservations must be received by September 7, 2009.  Thereafter, reservations will be taken on a space and rate availability basis.  Check-in prior to Hotel's check-in time of 3:00 p.m. (1500) is subject to availability.   These special room rates are valid 2 days prior and 2 days after the reunion, based on Hotel availability.  

Parking is available as follows:  

Overnight valet parking is $27.00 with "in and out" privileges.

Overnight self-parking is available for $23.00 plus tax.
